Transformer Terminal Unit(TTU)is an important Unit module in the power distribution automatic system,which can effectively monitor the power distribution system,especially the operation status of low-voltage distribution grid.Besides,the module can have the lean management on low-voltage distribution line,such as reactive power optimization and line-loss treatment,to improve economical efficiency and security of low-voltage distribution line in the power system.Therefore,in order to meet the function requirements of the power grid automation system and TTU at the present stage in China,the design of a smart TTU will be introduced based on the hardware platform and the software APP architecture in this passage.According to TTU application requirements and functions required to achieve in the power distribution grid,this passage will describe how to finalize TTU design and R&D through five steps.Firstly,the passage will have an analysis on TTU integrated design in the power distribution automatic system,including TTU structure,requirements and schemes.Secondly,the passage will analyze TTU hardware design in the power distribution automatic system,which is mainly reflected in TTU power supply,collection,storage and communication.Thirdly,the passage will analyze TTU software design in the power distribution automatic system,expounding TTU APP function framework,focusing on the design of core APP function design in collection and test,infrastructure management and lean management and developing program design of main control,protocol program and program design of communication module.Lastly,the passage will design reactive power optimization and three-level unbalanced treatment algorithm of the comprehensive management function of power quality in the power distribution automatic system.Further speaking,the function of reactive power optimization is designed through the improvement of Sudoku algorithm,eliminating and lessening the impact of capacitor input and removal on the power grid voltage.Three-level unbalanced treatment function is designed through selection of three-level unbalanced algorithm,modeling analysis and simulation test.According to the result of simulation test,the function can effectively eliminate three-level unbalance,reduce impact of voltage area and complete TTU function test and application finally.The qualitativeness and error detection on the basic and core function of equipment are mainly to guarantee that their main functions can be achieved and accord with precision requirements of the Chinese national standard.
