In recent years,in order to meet the increasing power load demand,the proportion of power cables used in the construction of urban and rural power grids has increased sharply,leading to the difficulty and workload of power cable detection and maintenance.In large metallurgical,chemical,power plant,substation and other enterprises,with the improvement of automation level,power load,the increase of cable usage,a large number of cables laid in the long and complex cable trench.These cables run under high voltage and high current for a long time,which may cause temperature rise and abnormal temperature,leading to cable explosion and fire.Aiming at the problem of cable fire prevention,this paper studies a distributed cable temperature on-line monitoring system.Firstly,the current situation of the temperature monitoring system of power cable at home and abroad is discussed.Current technology widespread measurement accuracy is not high,construction,high cost,complex integration were some shortage,so urgent need to introduce a safe and reliable,low cost,simple and feasible new temperature measurement technology,to realize real-time monitoring of power cable temperature accurately and real-time control of the cable carrying capacity and load level and other information.As emerging intelligent sensing technology,chip technology,which can improve the comprehensive smart grid,each link of information perception depth,breadth and density,this paper designed a distributed cable on-line monitoring system using embedded technology,radio frequency identification(rfid)technology,temperature monitoring technology and wireless communication technology of on-line temperature monitoring of power cable,this system consists of front-end monitoring system,terminal controller of temperature and PC monitoring system of three parts,the front-end temperature detection system USES electronic tags and temperature sensor integrated chips on the cable temperature acquisition,through the antenna sent to the terminal controller,Each terminal controller is responsible for data processing and other operations of the received temperature information,and finally transmits the temperature information to the upper computer monitoring system.The coordination work of each part provides the optimal solution for the cable temperature monitoring.Finally,the field installation of the distributed cable online monitoring system was completed on the distribution lines of yingkou power supply company of state grid liaoning power co.,LTD.,and good results were achieved.The temperature of the cable was measured in real time and accurately,thus avoiding the cable fire fault.There are 42 figures and 65 references in this paper. |
