This paper combines network communication technology with laboratory safety management,and creatively develops a set of real-time measurement and control system for homogeneous compression combustion test,which integrates remote assistance and safety management.The system includes local test data collection,remote assistance and safety management.The development of this system mainly includes:Improve the local test data acquisition system to improve the real-time responsiveness of the system.According to the signal acquisition requirements of homogeneous compression and combustion device,based on stm32f103zet6 single chip microcomputer,the program of lower computer is developed by using direct operation register mode.The piston displacement signal is used as the external trigger source signal to trigger the acquisition of the cylinder pressure signal.MFC development framework is used in upper computer program to read serial port data,analyze and save data in multi thread concurrent mode,and introduce a third-party high-speed drawing ChartCtrl control for real-time drawing display,thereby improving the real-time responsiveness of the system.According to the experimental environment of the homogeneous compression combustion device developed by the research group,the remote assistance and safety management system is developed.Based on the camera equipment as the visual sensor,the system uses the software development kit to realize the real-time capture of the test site video,carries out the image visual processing based on OpenCV,and uses the HOG + SVM pedestrian detection algorithm to realize the safety detection and alarm of the test site environment.On this basis,the remote experiment assistance function is integrated based on TCP / IP protocol model to realize the remote intelligent security management of homogeneous compression combustion experiment.Finally,each function module of the system was tested and verified.The results showed that:the single-channel data acquisition frequency of the local test data acquisition system can be up to about 100 kHz,and the external triggered multi-channel data acquisition can also meet the requirements of the compression combustion device for sampling accuracy and frequency;the remote assistance and safety management system can correctly mark characters appearing in different positions within the monitoring range to achieve an alarm,and the remote experimentassistance functions such as remote control experiment start and stop,screen monitoring and remote experiment data download are successfully realized.
