Energy and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent.Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition(HCCI)is a promising combustion method for internal combustion engines.In this paper,an unique in-cylinder pressure signal processing and acquisition system have been designed for a new type of HCCI test deviceFirstly,a new type of HCCI test device have been improved The device has the unique force measuring device of the fixed piston and the thermal conversion principle of the moving piston.In order to collect the dynamic pressure signal of in-cylinder accurately,A pressure signal processing and acquisition system has been designed independently,which has unique structure and potential engineering value.Then,the theoretical calculation,simulation analysis,experimental testing and optimized design on the triode amplification circuit,differential amplification circuit and integrated operational amplification circuit have been carried out in this paper,which is aimed at realizing the rapid response and accurate amplification of the millivolt-level pressure signal.Based on a series of study,a small-signal processing circuit with multiple independent power supplies has been developed,which was composed of differential amplifier circuit with discrete element and integrated analog circuit.Acquisition system of pressure data has been finished according to the PC and PCI-1711.In the VS2015 environment,software development for data acquisition and processing have been completed by MFC.And the software realizes a lot of functions such as acquisition of pressure data,the display of pressure waveforms and characteristic parameters,the preservation of data and so on.Finally,a set of verification and evaluation test device has been designed for testing the dynamic response performance of the entire system.The physical model of the device is established to compare the test results with the theoretical calculation results,which is aimed at verifying and evaluating the dynamic response performance of the entire system.The experiment shows that the developed system of pressure signal processing and acquisition can collect dynamic pressure signal successfully and accurately,which could be applied to HCCI experiment.
