Aircraft often needs to be tested and analysised for providing test basis at an ideal flyigstate. Devices of Data acquisition as the core of the test system, mainly completes thecollection of the aircraft internal environment parameters and working conditions, in order tocheck the various systems work in coordination and typical parameters.Thus success of thevehicle emission test is ensured. From the point of view of Diversification of the workenvironment parameters, this paper proposed a device of mixed collection of multi-channelanalog and digital interfaces design based on the analysis of various functions and technicalindicators of collection devices. The device has the ability to acquire multi-channel analogsignal and digital signal, with fast data transfer rate and high reliability.This paper takes data collect system as theory to design the device using modular designconcept.Each module is hardware independent,but functionally coordinated through thesystem test to verify the reliability.It introduces three key technologies: the compilation ofmulti-channel analog collect device frame,Fragmentary sampling monitoring and mixedacquisition.The design implemented multi-channel analog collection compiled frame anddigital reception, analog and digital as the same data stream sent to the logger storage basedon modulus of hybrid storage technology.According to the work environment of device, PCBEMC technology,the anti-jamming technology of command setting,anti-jammingtechnology of long-term transmission and potting protection technology are taking toimprove the reliability of the data collect device.Finally, it took functional testing and system testing to the device and analysed thecollected data.The results proved the collection devices achieving the mission requirementsof performance indicators.
