Under the trend of the transformation of modern community life development mode,residents pay more attention to healthy life,the demand of spiritual culture is more urgent and prominent,and the demand for cultural and sports facilities is increasing day by day.In recent years,the national policy has strongly called for the improvement of the quality and level of facilities services,at the same time,"Shanghai" 15 minutes community Life Circle "Planning Guidelines(Trial)and" urban residential area planning and design Standards "revision for the existing residential cultural and sports facilities allocation provides a new way of thinking.However,at present,there are still many qualitative and quantitative problems,such as lack of facilities,uneven distribution of resources and single species,in the urban and sports facilities of cities in China,and the construction of facilities cannot keep up with the development needs of residents ’ lives and need to be improved urgently.Therefore,from the perspective of Life Circle,re-examining the allocation of existing residential cultural and sports facilities and upgrading them is an urgent problem to be solved at present.Based on the perspective of Life Circle,this paper takes the Lianhu District of Xiguan Street in Xi ’ an city as an example to study the allocation of sports facilities in existing residential areas.First of all,the life circle,existing settlements,cultural and sports facilities allocation carried out a theoretical study.On this basis,in view of the present situation of the existing sports facilities in the West Guan Street area,this paper makes a detailed investigation and analysis,takes into account the size of each community,population density,the types of settlements and other factors,selects four typical communities among the 16 communities in Lianhu District Xiguan Street,and selects and contents the function of the cultural and sports facilities in Xiguan Street,Size,external environment of facilities and so on to carry out in-depth research.At the same time,combined with different types of residents of the community’s cultural and sports facilities of the use of characteristics and needs of the situation to carry out indepth investigation and analysis,summed up the existence of existing settlements in the lack of cultural and sports facilities,hierarchical structure imbalance,uneven configuration,poor quality,lack of sharing,inefficiency and other common problems,As well as the different types of cultural and sports facilities used in the process of various differences.Through the analysis of the transformation of the allocation mode of cultural sports facilities from the perspective of Life circle,this paper draws on the new national standard and the advanced experience of the allocation of cultural and sports facilities in the first region,and constructs an equal allocation system of cultural and sports facilities.Finally,combined with the present situation of the allocation of cultural and sports facilities in Xiguan Street area,this paper adjusts the level of cultural and sports facilities in Xiguan Street,and puts forward the overall allocation strategy of cultural sports from the aspects of facilities allocation requirements,comprehensive allocation,facilities quality,external environment design and facilities management.,And puts forward the corresponding concrete strategies for cultural facilities and sports facilities respectively.Based on the perspective of Life circle and drawing on the existing standards,this paper constructs the allocation system of cultural and sports facilities in both residential areas,and emphatically discusses its allocation strategy,which provides a new idea for the adjustment and transformation of cultural and sports facilities in existing residential areas,and has certain reference significance.Based on the perspective of Life circle and drawing on the existing standards,this paper constructs the allocation system of cultural and sports facilities in both residential areas,and emphatically discusses its allocation strategy,which provides a new idea for the adjustment and transformation of cultural and sports facilities in existing residential areas,and has certain reference significance.
