Research On Xi'an Chan Ba Ecological Zone Ecological Landscape Planning

Planning and construction of low-carbon eco-city is an important strategy for city implementation of ecological civilization. This essay, based on the related theories and methods from home and aboard, clearly describes the construction of eco-city ecological planning cases and analyzes the main techniques and features of landscape eco-planning at this stage. Followed by rapid growth in the important western cities, Chanba ecological zone has regarded as the pilot city of eco-construction. It's been 11 years since the beginning of the planning and construction in 2004. Through the practice-oriented analysis of Chanba ecological zone in landscape eco-construction, the essay illustrates the landscape of ecology characteristics, the features of resources distribution and main construction processes, outcomes of Chanba actuality. From the aspects of ecological planning concept, landscape and environmental remediation, river regulation, industrial construction, spatial development and landscape ecological planning pattern, we zre discussing about the major landscape ecological planning patterns and Chanba ecological zone policy strategy guided by ecology. It summarizes the main construction methods of ecological landscape planning in Chanba ecological zone, including the infrastructure of ecological environment construction which is the technical methods of integrated river ecological restoration and reconstruction; Second, it teases the construction problems of Chanba eco infrastructure, aiming at protecting sensitive areas, building entire green space system and urban ecological background. Through a large area of green corridors and patches of mold, and playing safe Chanba ecological zone of ecological bottom, Chanba ecological zone determined to protect environmentally sensitive areas of landscape(including river systems such as the city's waterfront, mountain mound, rare plant communities, some wildlife habitat, etc.), cultural sensitive area(the city has an area of important historical and cultural value, such as the Martyrs, heritage monuments, etc.), resources for producing sensitive areas(such as fresh air supply, soil maintenance and water conservation district, etc.) and natural geological disasters in sensitive areas(such as flood riverfront disaster-prone areas, geologically unstable area, severely polluted air, etc.),building a whole ecosystem ecology background by shaping and protection, and creating an ecological zone with comprehensive arrangements full of the various functional areas of urban vitality. Based on ecological space, it is planned to create an ecological functional space as a core of vital waterfront, recreational waterfront area, residential waterfront area, business waterfront district, exhibition waterfront area, ecological waterfront protection zones so as to build an ecological recycling urban space.Finally, combining the ecological planning theories and domestic and overseas researches, applying the renovating experiences and ecological planning, it discusses the related strategies and methods of eco-planning and constructions through the overall improvement, creation of ecological links and rationalization of structure and function zones. Furthermore, it refines and proposes the landscape planning and construction theories and methods from 7 aspects which help a lot in ecological area construction.
