| As a result of the previous state policy,the proportion of foreign joint ventures in China should not exceed 50%,which indirectly led to the vigorous development of the domestic automotive industry.At the same time,overseas automotive enterprises are increasing their investment in China,which is a huge cake for the automotive parts market.Group X is one of the world’s leading automotive parts giants,with a long history of more than 100 years.However,when docking with Chinese local enterprises,there is still a copy of foreign R&D model.Although each enterprise will try to adapt to localization,it is limited by some political and economic factors,and the scope of adjustment is limited.Moreover,these innate advantages only exist before the technology of local enterprises has not reached the same level.In the last ten years of local projects,F Group gradually began to encounter threats from local competitors,and some projects that had cooperated for many years were suspended.The situation is very grim,especially for foreign automobile enterprises in China;they need to pay close attention to adapt to the local market at all times.In order to maintain their competitiveness,some adjustments must be made.[18]Based on the analysis of R&D management theory and related R&D process management methods,consider the current R&D process management mode of Center A,takes DF project as an example to analyze.Through the investigation and analysis of DF project R&D management process,it is found that the existing R&D process of Center A cannot ensure that the vehicle terminal project is delivered in accordance with the customer demand cycle.Based on the analysis of the actual situation of R&D process in A center,a new framework of R&D management integrating dynamic change of demand is put forward based on IPD theory.Through concurrent engineering theory,each link of R&D work is stratified,public link is constructed,process is optimized,and the whole R&D cycle is compressed,so as to meet the delivery requirements of local customers in the early stage of guaranteeing R&D quality.Finally,the author chooses a practical case GW3 to validate the optimized R&D management model.Through the evaluation of critical time nodes and delivery quality,the optimized R&D process achieves the desired results.The new R&D process can effectively enhance the competition of Center A,which has a great reference for the future development of Company U’s local projects.At the same time,it also has some reference value for other similar multinational enterprises to undertake local enterprise projects in R&D centers in China.Process optimization is a continuous work in the development process of every enterprise.The market environment is changing.By optimizing the R&D process,enterprises can maintain their long-term competitive advantage. |
