Protection of historical blocks is an important part in the process of urban development,and there is always great controversy in the method of development and utilization of historical blocks.As one of 25 pieces historical culture blocks of Beijing,one of historical and cultural blocks in China,Dashilanr has rich and unique historical and cultural value.It is one of the most representative block in Beijing.Its method of protection and development also changs with the time fly.However,there are still some problems in The method of development protection in this block.This paper explored the historical and cultural connotation in the block as the center of the opera culture through literature reviewing,on-the-spot investigation.Find its features in development,constituent elements and the problems in the protection and development of opera cultural resources.Then analysis relations relationship between resources and human.On the basis of this,try to find the method of tourist route exploration of opear culture resources,then give three routes.One route is about celebrities' former residences of opera culture,others are about historical shop of opera culture and performances sites of opera culture.Further more,explore the new way of integration of historical and cultural resources :stimulate tourist routes with resources,stimulate surrounding areas of resources,promote the development of whole area,so as to provide a new way in protection and use of historical and cultural resourcesthe.
