| The design of ship cable path layout is a very important task in ship production design.At present,the design of ship cable path is mainly done by manpower by experience,which is not only inefficient,but also time-consuming and laborious.In a modern ship,the length of the cable laid is tens of thousands of meters.The choice of cable laying scheme and the speed and accuracy of cable book generation are difficult to guarantee,and the results of cable laying design need to be changed frequently.Therefore,the development of a software based on AM system for ship cable laying design has great engineering practical significance for improving ship design efficiency and control cost.The specific content of this thesis is as follows: In the AM design system,according to the original data in the production design,the direction of the trunk cable and the branch cable on the ship is drawn,and the position information of the brackets and equipment required for the cable arrangement are extracted.Then data such as the specification,use,and area of the cable are digitized,stored in the SQL Server database,managed by cable routing software,and then calculate the optimal path between devices using the classic Dijkstra algorithm and the bracket constraints.Finally,according to the path obtained by the software,a visual model is established in the AM,and the cable inventory is generated from the software according to the cable purchase demand and the on-site construction demand,the total length of the cable and the cable length of different regions are generated.At the same time,for the characteristics of long electrical design cycle,large workload and more repetitive work,the secondary development of AM is automated and simplified.Finally,according to the above method,the ship cable laying software has been basically completed,and the expected work has been realized. |
