| With the development of computer technology and manufacturing digital intelligence,the secondary development of ship industry software has become an important research direction for ship design.How to accurately calculate the shortest distance between two points of the cable,reduce the laying design time and laying cost while satisfying the cable laying design requirements is a problem that ship cable laying design software needs to solve urgently.AVEVA Marine(AM)is one of the most mainstream ship design software today for the design and construction of ships and offshore projects with integrated software On the basis of the study that the software can basically meet the design requirements,combined with the characteristics of China’s ship and offshore manufacturing industry,the development of an auxiliary system that meets the actual needs of China is of great significance to better expand the software functions and improve the design and production efficiency.In this thesis,we take the cable laying design and cable book design in the ship electrical installation production design as the research object,and develop the cable laying auxiliary design system,which achieves the relative shortest global optimum of the cable path under the premise of meeting the design requirements.The main research work is as follows.(1)By understanding the storage structure of AM data and the modeling process of AM,the problems of AM cable creation modeling are analyzed.(2)The requirement analysis of the system was carried out from the functional requirements and performance requirements of the ship cable efficient design aid system,and the development language and development tools of the system were selected.The overall design of the ship cable efficient design assistance system is carried out based on the requirement analysis,and the system is divided into three modules in total: batch import module,cable design module,and cable book module.(3)Design the development idea of ship cable efficient design auxiliary system,take AM software as the secondary development platform,take cable channel information,starting end equipment and area information as the data base,take the improved optimal path algorithm based on Dijkstra algorithm as the core,realize the purpose of global optimal cable path under the constraints of cable channel type,cable channel capacity,collision avoidance area and so on,and realized the homologation and data interoperability with AM data.(4)Using 5300 TEU and 2500 TEU container ships as test objects,comparing the modelling time,efficiency and cable length of AM native modelling and ship cable laying aid design system,it was verified that the ship cable laying aid design system improved the efficiency of cable laying on 5300 TEU ships by nearly double and saved nearly one tenth of the cable material.The efficiency of the cable laying design on board a 2500 TEU ship was nearly doubled and the cable material savings were nearly one tenth. |
