In recent years,the global economy has been sluggish and the growth rate of international trade has begun to decline.The BDI index continues to fall,shipping companies are generally losing money,and shipbuilding companies in the middle reaches of the shipping industry are even more difficult to survive.The global shipbuilding market has formed a new pattern of competition between China,Japan,and Hansanqiang.China ranks first in the total number of orders,and it is at the same level as Japan and Korea in terms of technology,technology,and quality.However,compared with the advanced and mature project management model in foreign countries,there are still huge gaps,especially in planning management.There are still many weaknesses,mainly reflected in the ability to coordinate plans,break down work structures,and adjust plans.Only by discovering its own problems,analyzing the causes and root causes of the problems and finding solutions can the ship enterprises improve the level of project planning management and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.This paper takes MT's PC113-1 ship project plan management as an example,uses project plan management related theory,WBS related theory,and elastic plan related theory,and adopts case analysis method to study project plan management,and finds problems and analyzes problems.This paper puts forward the management solution design of the problem solving.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and research objectives,enterprise background,industry background,project background,and describes the typical problems of MT PC113-1 ship in planning management.Plans at all levels conflict with each other,design plans manage chaotic events,and material plans do not meet demand events.Then study and study the planning management related theory,WBS related theory,elastic planning related theory,and analyze three cases based on theoretical knowledge.The main reasons for the proposed plan management are that the functional department plans to intervene too much,the logical relationship of the plan is not clear,and the plan is not well connected.Secondly,this paper puts forward the design and implementation of management solution from three aspects to solve the problems in the management of MTC PC113-1 ship plan.Strengthen the service characteristics of functional department plans,establish key paths,and use flexible plan management.Finally,the implementation and safeguard measures of management solution are put forward.
