Study On Workshop Operation Plan Management Of Dalian A Shipyard

China’s shipbuilding industry has made great progress in recent years.Since 2003,China’s shipbuilding industry has made amazing progress in shipbuilding technology and management,and will gradually move from a "shipbuilding power" to a "shipbuilding power".However,compared with the world’s advanced shipbuilding enterprises,there is still a very obvious gap,especially in shipbuilding production plan management.The world shipping market is in a long-term downturn due to overcapacity in the international shipping market.Shipbuilding enterprises must tap the potential of internal,strengthen the management of production planning is the most important measure.The overall production plan management level of China’s shipbuilding industry is relatively weak,the plan management level is rough,the plan formulation is rough,the plan formulation is still based on the push type plan system,among which the plan formulation mainly depends on the experience of production management personnel,in order to avoid conflict and waste in the process of work.It is urgent to establish a scientific and reasonable advance work planning system.The main purpose of this study is to study DN0033 series ships in a shipyard based on my ten years’ experience in ship production and planning management,this paper focuses on the production planning management of shipbuilding industry at home and abroad,and the status quo of planning management of shipyard a,as well as the planning management of the whole workshop during the period of shipbuilding from the processing of steel materials to the loading of the berth dock,based on the theory of overall optimization,lean mode of production,CPM,PERT and other theoretical methods for analysis and research,combined with CIMS,AM,ERP and other technical means to find practical solutions and ways and means,improving the efficiency of workshop scheduling management in a shipyard.In this paper,the scientific preparation of job shop scheduling,detailed implementation of job shop scheduling,improve information tools,job shop scheduling control and other aspects of research,improve the completion rate of the plan.Through the study of workshop operation plan of a shipyard,this paper has a certain practical significance and application value for improving the workshop operation level of a shipyard.At the same time,the research results of this paper have a certain reference value for the workshop operation plan management of shipbuilding enterprises.
