Research On Renovation Design Of Island Residence Buildings In Zhoushan District Under The Background Of Rural Tourism

With the vigorous development of China's rural tourism industry,people's tourism goals and accommodation patterns have undergone great changes.From traditional scenic spots to casual experiential tours,the standard hotel has turned to the country house as a personalized form of residence.As a flourishing form of architecture in China,the B&B has promoted the construction and developme nt of the countryside and enhanced local popularity.With the promotion of the beautiful island construction in Zhoushan area,the local fishermen's homestay entered the peak period of development.This paper focuses on the selection of some local islands with good quality development in the area of the hotel.However,many places are generally lacking in planning and guidance.Planning confusion,building homogenization imitation,lack of local characteristics and other issues.These problems have a negative impact on the protection of the old villages and need to attract the attention of the relevant local and homeowners and designers.This paper takes Zhoushan area transformation type B&B as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the origin and research background of the topic selection,expounds the purpose and significance of the research,defines the definition of B&B through concept analysis,and analyzes the research of this type of architecture at home and abroad.Status and development of research methods and frameworks.Then it analyzes the background of the local residences in Zhoushan and the characteristics of the local island buildings in the layout and materials,and expounds the status quo and existing problems of local residential development.Then through the three aspects of macro-planning design,meso-building renovation,micro-material landscape,etc.,the local B&B renovation design is analyzed,and the strategies and techniques of the island house dwelling renovation design in Zho ushan area are summarized.The design case verified the strategy summarized in the previous article and provided some reference and help for the future reform practice.At the end of this paper,through the analysis of the problems found in the investigation of the reformed B&B in Zhoushan,the corresponding design strategies are proposed for these problems:1.The principle of transformation is the premise2.Reasonable site selection is the key3.Situational creation is a bright spot4.simple and efficient means5.safe and comfortable is guaranteed6.the quality of detail is the pursuit7.Regional cultural expression is the driving force8.experience exchange interaction is the coreThe author hopes to provide some theoretical basis for the renovatio n design of the homestay in Zhoushan Island through the research and analysis of this article and the case study.It summarizes the targeted design strategies and hopes to give some guidance to the local reform design practice.
