Study On Integrated Renovation And Reconstruction Of Rural Brick-wood-structure Building In Beijing Based On Rural Context

Beijing traditional dwelling house,as one of typical representative of north dwelling houses,owns great scientific and artistic value.In recent years,the renovation and reconstruction of the existing dwelling house in Beijing has been carried out in full swing and obtained certain achievement,in order to meet the ever-increasing need of the rural people.However,there are also some lack of cultural awareness in government guidance of seismic strengthening and energy conservation transformation,which brings about some disturbance on features and style of traditional dwellings.In this paper,based on a great deal of literature research,field study and household surveys,the development of the rural brick-wood-structure building and the current government guidance of reconstruction have been carded and reconsidered in view of rural context and appearance.By learning the experience of excellent renovation works in Beijing rural area,this paper finally optimizes the methods of reconstruction and finally achieves integrated renovation of structure safety,energy conservation,environmental sanitation and aesthetic appearance.The whole article is divided into six parts.The first chapter,as the introduction,puts forward the research direction of this paper,through summarizing the academic research before and the current standards conducted.The second chapter systematically combings the evolution and the relationship of the following four stages: Beijing typical courtyard houses,rural traditional brick-wood-structure houses,rural modern brick-wood-structure houses and rural new houses,and then puts forward the significance of rural houses appearance conservation,laying the foundation for the following research and design.The third chapter elaborates the current seismic strengthening,energy conservation and health status guidance conducted by government,and then points out their lack of rural conservation.The forth chapter chooses three excellent renovation works to elaborate how they deal with traditional houses,including the advantages and disadvantages they showed.The fifth chapter summarizes the renewal technical methods of foundation,structure,roof and ground and optimizes the structure strengthening method to be closer to traditional style under current rural situations and standards,and then comes up with the integrated renovation strategy.The sixth chapter reiterates the conclusion of the whole paper and shows the consideration of future work.
