With the continuous development and renewal of electronic products,the requirements of automatic control of electronic products are becoming higher and higher.Especially with the development of artificial intelligence in recent years,human-computer interaction is becoming more and more important.This design chooses the representative electric heating furnace as the research object,and the analog value of temperature is fed into the computer digitalization when the traditional temperature sensor measures the temperature,which obviously occupies too much data/control line of the single chip computer,which limits the expansion of the function of the single chip computer.Traditional temperature measurement accuracy is not high,temperature control effect is poor,and is a closed-loop closed system,lack of contact with the outside world.The wireless data transmission mode has the advantages of no wiring,high real-time and easy redeployment,and is suitable for modern industrial monitoring system.In order to achieve high-precision temperature control and form an open system,this paper designs an intelligent temperature control system of electric heating furnace with Bluetooth function,which is based on MCU.It realizes the temperature automatic control of heat conducting oil in heating furnace under the control of MCU.Through Bluetooth module,it can communicate with smart phone.Reciprocal.In the system,AT89C51 single chip computer is used as the main control chip,which receives temperature signal,liquid level signal and flow signal collected by temperature,liquid level and flow sensor.After intelligent processing by single chip computer,the opening and closing of the inlet valve,the opening and closing of the outlet valve and the turning-off time of the IGBT control switch of the electric heater are controlled,thus constituting the flow-Temperature feed-forward plus temperature feedback control and flow-level cascade closed-loop control system enable the electric heating furnace to work normally and steadily.At the same time,through Bluetooth module and smart phone wireless connection,real-time dynamic tracking of electric heating furnace temperature changes within 80 meters is formed.The working parameters of the system can be set in real time by independent keyboard or Bluetooth wireless function,and some industrial parameters can be displayed in real time by LCD12864.The system also has an automatic sound and light alarm system,which can automatically alarm and stop the system when the system is not working properly.The system is controlled by PID arithmetic.By controlling bidirectional thyristor,the connection and disconnection of electric furnace and power supply are changed,and the temperature is controlled by changing heating time.Thesystem consists of key display,temperature sampling control and upper and lower limit alarm modules.Through the communication between modules,the functions of temperature setting,actual temperature and temperature measurement display are completed,and a complete set of intelligent temperature control system of electric heating furnace with Bluetooth function is formed.
