According to the latest development trend of the international heating industry,the price of petroleum-derived products is rising year by year,and the contradiction problem between supply and demand is becoming increasingly prominent.Gas and coal are even more urgent.At the same time,the use of fossil fuels for heating brings tremendous pressure on the environment.Electric energy belongs to secondary resources,and it has the peculiarity of reproducibility and sources diversity,which has attracted great attention on the heating industry.More and more users adopt intelligent modular electric floor heating.However,there are few researches on temperature control methods of intelligent modular electric heating systems.This article relies on the Chongqing Q-wisdom Equipment Co.,Ltd,which is used to study the temperature control methods of the intelligent modular electric heating system.The research result of this paper provides theoretical basis and scientific guarantee to some extent.The paper mainly studies the following three aspects:(1)The multi-point control method of the intelligent modular heating system is studied.Firstly,a multi-point controlled modular electric heating system is proposed.The optimization model is established whose objective function is the minimum electric energy consumption and the constraint condition is that indoor temperature not higher than the hypothetical temperature.Then,after the temperature rises up to the hypothetical value,how to set the operating power is given so as to the minimum electric energy consumption is guaranteed.The operating power of the electric heating system is adjusted in real time based on the temperature sensor and the wireless communication module of the system,which ensures the maintaining of the current temperature.Finally,combined with the simulation,the time variation curve of the indoor temperature and the time variation curve of the operating power for the electric heating system are obtained.(2)The condition of maintaining the temperature of the electric heating system is discussed and the corresponding controller is designed.Firstly,the entire electric heating system is divided based on the physical significance.A set of differential equations for temperature changes is established according to the law of conservation of energy.Then,according to the characteristics of uncertainty of the model coefficient,combined with T-S fuzzy theory,a fuzzy controller is designed.At the same time,the system parameters are constrained so that establishing conditions for ensuring the temperature stability of the model.Finally,using the designed controller to track and control the temperature of the system,the rationality of the designed controller is verified.(3)The hardware design and software design of the temperature control for the intelligent modular heating system are accomplished.Firstly,select the appropriate hardware to compose the main functional module of the intelligent modular electric heating temperature system.Secondly,according to the workflow of the considered system,software design is performed to realize the overall process design of the system.Finally,the experiment verifies the rationality of the temperature wireless control system.
