| Heating furnace is a common heating equipment in industrial, it is widely used in petrochemical, steel, metallurgy, machinery, pharmaceutical and other fields. At the same time,the energy consumption of heating furnace is huge in industrial, and its energy efficiency is not high. Today, energy shortage and environment problem have become increasingly serious.Thus, using new energy 〠improving energy utilization ratio 〠reducing exhaust emissions have been a theme of industry research. Under this background, the regenerative reheating furnace, based on the high temperature air combustion technology, has become the first preferred heating equipment in industry, because of its efficient energy use efficiency and low emissions.First,according to the latest research development status quo of regenerative heating furnace, and combining with the working principle of regenerative reheating furnace, this paper introduces the key technology link of regenerative heating furnace and the existing main problems. Then coming out the regenerative heating furnace model, respectively calculate the system transfer function of the heat storage, heating and heat removal process of the heating furnace system. Then,complete the design of the heating furnace temperature control systemã€the furnace pressure control system and reversing control system. Considering the characteristics of the nonlinear temperature, large lagging, and time-varying, it introduces the fuzzy control algorithm, and then complete the work of matlab simulation for the fuzzy control, using Siemens STEP7 programming software to write the PID and fuzzy control ladder diagram program of furnace temperature. Finally, designing the man-machine interface by using the Wincc configuration software, implement the regenerative heating furnace control system simulation, real-time monitoring function.Years of experience in the engineering practice shows that the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction that regenerative heating furnace made is very obvious,and the control of furnace temperature is the most key technology link, the fuzzy control can obtain ideal control effect.
