With the advent of informatization and big data era,national policies actively encourage the development of cloud computing.Internet data business and data center infrastructure construction have achieved rapid development,and there is a wave of big data center construction everywhere.As an important node city of the country’s "Belt and Road" and a central city of the Huaihai Economic Zone,Xuzhou is also one of the cities with more developed IDC business in Jiangsu.IDC demand is strong,so it is necessary to build a large data center in Huaihai in Xuzhou.In order to ensure the power supply reliability and power quality of the constructed big data center,this paper studies its power supply and distribution system and power quality.First,the overall plan of the Huaihai big data center is introduced,and the functional analysis of the data center,refrigeration station,substation and control system is carried out.Secondly,the power supply scheme of the big data center was researched.The power supply standards and requirements of the power supply and distribution system are analyzed,and the design scheme of the Huaihai IDC power supply and distribution system is studied on this basis.The system diagram design of the main substation,data center substation and refrigeration station substation of the park is designed;24 hours of uninterrupted power supply,the data center cabinets and refrigeration equipment of the refrigeration station all use UPS power supply,the selection of UPS equipment and redundant power supply methods were studied;in order to verify the safety and reliability of the power supply scheme designed in this article,the PSASP software was used to build The simulation model and simulation calculation results verify the reliability of the power supply design scheme.Finally,the power quality of the data center is studied.Aiming at the problems of a large number of harmonics and low power factor generated during the operation of non-linear loads in the equipment room,four power quality control schemes are proposed.After comparison,a hybrid filter compensation device is selected.Based on the original capacitive reactor,the parallel Active power filter(Active Power Filter,APF),realizes harmonic control and reactive power compensation of IDC equipment room;in order to verify the effectiveness of power quality management plan,a comprehensive evaluation method of power quality based on punitive state variable weight is designed Through the evaluation and comparison of the test point data after the treatment,the effectiveness of the power quality treatment plan is verified.
