| In recent years,China’s electrified railway has developed rapidly.As the key power source of railway locomotive load,the traction power supply system is very important to operate safely and economically.However,as a single-phase load,electric locomotive has the inherent characteristics of fluctuation,nonlinearity and single-phase,so it will bring many power quality problems in traction power supply system,such as negative sequence,harmonic,reactive power and so on;At the same time,with the increasing scale of electrified railway traction power supply system,its energy consumption is also increasing year by year.In addition,there is also a lack of on-line power quality monitoring system for the joint monitoring of traction substation and electric locomotive,and the test data has problems such as low utilization and poor sharing.Based on this,this paper mainly carries out the following research work:(1)The power supply quality monitoring system of "train-substation-data center" integrated traction power supply system is studied.The monitoring system is mainly composed of ground monitoring unit,vehicle mounted monitoring unit and ground data center.By deploying the ground monitoring unit in the traction substation and vehicle mounted monitoring unit in the electric locomotive,and then using the communication function between the data center and the monitoring unit,the real-time online monitoring of power quality data at each monitoring point of the whole traction power supply system is realized.(2)The content of operation quality of traction power supply system and the construction method of index system are studied.Based on the "train-substation-data center" monitoring system and combined with the typical power problems existing in the traction power supply system,the operation quality is defined from three aspects of power quality,energy consumption and power disturbance.Combined with relevant literature and research,the operation quality index evaluation system of traction power supply system is established.Finally,the calculation method of each index is given according to relevant standards.(3)The operation quality evaluation method of traction power supply system is studied.Based on the established "train-substation-data center" monitoring system and the operation quality index system of traction power supply system,an operation quality evaluation method based on the combination of single index real-time monitoring and multi index comprehensive evaluation of "train-substation-data center" monitoring system is proposed.The first is to use monitoring system to conduct real-time on-line monitoring on the indicators of each monitoring point of the traction power supply system,so as to fully grasp the operation state of the system.Then,based on the monitoring data,the combined weighting method is used to calculate the weight of each index,and the comprehensive weighted scoring method and grey evaluation method are used to calculate the comprehensive evaluation results of operation quality.Finally,based on the data center of the monitoring system,the interface and function of traction power supply system operation quality evaluation are designed.(4)The actual case calculation of operation quality evaluation of traction power supply system is carried out.According to the 24 h measured data of a traction substation,the monitoring values of each index are calculated in detail,and the comprehensive evaluation results of operation quality are obtained by using the above evaluation method.To sum up,this paper has formed an operation quality evaluation system of traction power supply system,which includes "train-substation-data center" monitoring system,operation quality index system and operation quality evaluation method. |
