Comprehensive Evaluation Method Of Distribution Network And Its Application In Tangshan Area

With the rapid development of the national economy,people’s living standards continue to increase,electricity consumption increased year by year,while the quality of power supply and reliability of power have put forward higher requirements.Distribution network as a transmission and distribution system and power users to connect the bridge,the comprehensive level of the merits of the power grid is directly related to the level of development,its importance is self-evident.However,in the initial stage of power grid construction,China’s power industry to ensure the adequacy of power supply,once only pay attention to the development of transmission network,while neglecting the management and construction of distribution network,resulting in the distribution network of some obstacles to their own development problem.Therefore,the establishment of a comprehensive and reasonable distribution network comprehensive evaluation system,comprehensive evaluation of the distribution network,found that the weak link in the distribution network and the existing problems,to guide the future planning and construction of distribution network to improve the overall development level of the power grid is important The practical significance.In order to solve the above problems,this paper presents a comprehensive evaluation method of distribution network,as follows:(1)Introduce the basic theory of the constituent elements and steps of the comprehensive evaluation method.In the process of establishing the evaluation index body,select the widely used causal analysis method,expert scoring method,AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,And the basic principles,characteristics and general steps of these typical evaluation methods are expounded.(2)The methods of comprehensive evaluation index,index weight and evaluation standard are analyzed,and the index system suitable for the comprehensive evaluation of distribution network is established.That is to select the load supply capacity,equipment technical level,grid structure and operation Management level and other evaluation indicators,the comprehensive evaluation of the distribution network,the evaluation results from the quantitative point of view of the distribution network to evaluate the overall operating characteristics and physical structure can be used to guide the planning and construction of distribution networks.(3)The evaluation model and the corresponding algorithm of the distribution network planning project are established.The algorithm takes into account the relevant factors of distribution network,line type,line connection form,load density and distribution transformer capacity and so on.The correspondence between the elements satisfies the economic operation condition of distribution network,Distribution network planning program has played a certain guiding role.(4)Applying the comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper to Tangshan distribution network,the evaluation results can locate the weak links of Tangshan distribution network,and propose improvement suggestions for Tangshan distribution network planning for the existing problems Construction provides an important reference.
