With the increasingly fierce competition for construction projects in the domestic construction market,in order to speed up the project progress,the general contracting company outsources professional projects or labor services to subcontractors.Proper subcontracting can not only ensure the construction quality,but also give full play to the advantages of each subcontractor.Subcontracting has become a very important link in the construction process and permeates many fields in the construction process.It is precisely because there are many uncontrollable factors in the subcontracting process,such as threats from human factors and natural factors,which lead to huge risks faced by general contracting enterprises.Therefore,project subcontracting risk management is of great significance to general contracting enterprises,which is also the purpose of this paper.The research object of this paper is Sichuan Kunyue construction co.,ltd,taking HB project under construction as an example to carry out project risk management research.In the process of research,this paper mainly focuses on risk structure analysis,expert investigation and improved order relation analysis.In the stage of risk factor identification,through investigation and analysis,the risk decomposition structure method is adopted for risk identification.On the basis of risk identification,the risk amount of risk factors is estimated through expert investigation,and the risk amount of risk factors is analyzed by using an improved sequence relationship analysis algorithm.At the same time,the risk factors are weighted,and the index risk value of risk factors is determined.The specific risk response strategy of Sichuan Kunyue construction co.,ltd is put forward.The risks in HB project subcontracting can be mainly controlled through the risks of natural environment and site construction conditions,safety risks of subcontracting projects,risks of selecting subcontracting enterprises and quality risks of subcontracting projects.In practice,the subcontract risk management of most contracting enterprises often stays at the identification stage.This paper is an exploration of the subcontract construction risk management of specific projects in small construction enterprises and has certain practical value.
