The main content of this paper is the design and research of integrated equipment for electric pump cover installation and pneumatic marking,which solves the problems of quality tracing difficulties of electric pumps,low automation and high labor costs during the installation of electric pump covers in current enterprises.This paper develops equipment according to the technical requirements of the enterprise.First,determine the overall work flow of the equipment according to the functions to be implemented by the equipment.According to the work flow of this equipment,the entire equipment is divided into eight modules including the main frame,the electric pump feeding mechanism,the cover installation mechanism,the pneumatic marking mechanism and the automatic feeding mechanism.Complete the structural design of each sub-module,focusing on the structural design of the two key modules of the equipment-cover installation mechanism and pneumatic marking mechanism,then the working principle of the cover installation mechanism,pneumatic marking mechanism is expounded and the key components are selected.Finally,the various modules are reasonably laid out and integrated on the equipment main frame to complete the overall structural design of the equipment.Use ABAQUS software to perform static analysis on the main force mechanism of the equipment to ensure that the designed mechanical structure meets the requirements of strength,stiffness and safety.At the same time,the software is used to perform a modal analysis on the work surface of the equipment,and it is determined that the designed work surface will not appear resonance phenomenon,and the designed mechanism meets the design requirements.The static analysis and modal analysis of the equipment further verified the reliability and rationality of the structural design.Design the equipment control system according to the on-site production conditions of the enterprise and the specific control requirements of the equipment.The control system is divided into two parts: a pneumatic control system and an electronic control system.First,complete the design of the pneumatic control system.Based on the principle of pneumatic transmission and the action requirements of each pneumatic component,the schematic diagram of the pneumatic control system is designed and the key components are selected.The electronic control system uses HMI to issue control instructions to PLC,and PLC responds to the instructions issued by HMI to control the equipment.According to the electronic control system design plan,an electronic control system schematic diagram and an electronic control system automatic control flowchart are designed.By completing the hardware design of the electronic control system,the circuit design of the electronic control system,the writing of the PLC program and the design of the touch screen interface,the design of the electronic control system of the equipment is completed.Finally,the design of the pneumatic marking mechanism control system is completed through the circuit design and software design of the pneumatic marking mechanism to achieve the intelligent production requirements of the equipment.Complete the equipment assembly and debugging,and complete the performance evaluation of the whole equipment by three performance evaluation indicators of production efficiency,pneumatic marking effect,and product qualification rate.Select the metal test piece as the test material and design the pneumatic marking test.Determine the appropriate marking process parameters by two evaluation indexes of the average marking width and the standard deviation of the marking width.Finally,by observing the marking sample under an optical microscope and analyzing the test results,it can be known that when the pneumatic marking mechanism is working normally,it is appropriate to choose 0.5 MPa or 0.6 MPa for the marking pressure;the moving speed of the marking head should be 40 mm/s or 50 mm/s;marking material should be No.45 steel or 304 steel.
