The collaborative design of Networked product is an advanced design mode of product innovation design using modern design theory in the distributed network environment. It is the process that the complete process of product design goals with mutual coordination and collaboration for a complex product design goals, based on the distribution of design resources sharing by a multidisciplinary groups.The process of product collaborative design can be seen as the process that solving a design problem and making the decision, as the important degree of design parameters that the main design body of different disciplines focuses on is different, so different collaborative design schemes is forming. How to weigh the different design objectives effectively and achieve group decision and evaluation of collaborative design, is an important content of the collaborative design process management.Group decision theory is a decision theory or method that making group decision using the design schemes which are according to the different preferences of different individual by more than one decision-making body, referring to the relationship between individual preferences and collective choice,getting the decision group consensus or compromise of preference orderings.Dying to the collaborative design is the process that is completed the product design collaboratively together by different disciplines and domain experts, so the decision-making in the process of collaboratively designing scheme has obvious characteristics of the group decision.To solve the product collaborative design scheme evaluation and decision problems,the paper carried out a series of studies. Established the weight coefficient of mufti-attribute evaluation target by the method of maximum deviation,based on analyst the evaluation and decision model of the collaborative design scheme.At the same time, putted forward a method of group decision-making based on the mufti-attribute and mufti-perspectives to solve the problem that recognition between the group decision-making subjects, at last,verified the validity of the proposed method through case analysis.The following several work is compiled :(1) Analyzed the conflict of the product collaborative design scheme layer, evaluated decision process according to the scheme, gives the group decision-making model of product collaborative design scheme evaluation, and analyzed the control structure and the related constraints of evaluation of the proposed model.(2) According to the characteristics of the product collaborative design scheme evaluation and group decision, gives the model and algorithm of product collaborative design group decision-making based on maximum dispersion properties to solve the determination of the weight coefficient value of decision-make’s mufti-attribute and the determination of the weight coefficient value of decision-makers, and gives the corresponding case analysis.(3) To solve the recognition between the decision-making bodies in the group decision-making process, presented a evaluation strategy of product collaborative design scheme based on decision makers multivitamin recognition through structured an Angle of interaction matrix between policymakers.At the same time, realized the scheme evaluation of product collaborative design combined with multiple attribute weight coefficient determination method.Then choose the optimal decision scheme according to the maximum satisfaction sorting method.Finally, verified the effectiveness of the proposed method by the stage design of a task in the process of the transmission collaborative design as an example.
