The Research On The Architectural Programming Strategy Of Peking University Medical City

Since 2017,there has been a construction boom of medical industrial parks represented by medical city,health city and medical center in China.However,the construction of such medical industrial parks plays an obvious role of policy guidance,and there is still a lack of successful experience for reference in China.Peking University Medical City has been planned and constructed since 2003 and formally operated in 2014.Now it has become a sample of the domestic characteristic health service industry cluster,which has the significance of demonstration and guidance for the construction of the medical industry park.From the perspective of architectural discipline,the planning,construction and development of Peking University Medical City always focus on the two issues of what to build and how to build,which is the main research field of architectural programming of Peking University Medical City.Main research purpose of this article is to discuss the experience of what and how to build of Peking University Medical City based on the research of industrial function configuration,and the mode of coordinated development of industrial function configuration and space.And on this basis,the construction content and method of Peking University Medical City are upgraded to the "hospital + industrial park" model of Peking University Medical City,and the feasibility and possibility of the remote replication of this model are discussed.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the research on the preliminary architectural programming framework of Peking University Medical City.The preliminary architectural programming framework of Peking University Medical City is the operation method for the generation of building planning strategies related to the construction content and construction methods of Peking University Medical City.The key point of the preliminary architectural programming framework of Peking University Medical City is to comprehensively search the problems affecting the industrial and spatial development of Peking University Medical City from the perspective of architectural discipline,so as to solve the two problems of what to build and how to build.In addition,this paper divides the preliminary architectural programming framework of Peking University Medical City into target analysis,internal and external condition analysis and spatial model construction,so as to realize a comprehensive and systematic search and analysis of the problem.The second part is the research on the architectural programming strategy of Peking University Medical City.The preliminary architectural programming framework of Peking University Medical City is the working way to conduct a comprehensive search for problems,while the architectural programming strategy is the specific solution to the problems obtained from the search in terms of the preliminary architectural programming.Aiming at the problem of what to construct,this paper focuses on the architectural programming strategy of industrial function allocation of Peking University Medical City,and focuses on the architectural planning strategy of spatial structure organization of Peking University Medical City aiming at the problem of how to construct.The third part discusses the model of "hospital + industrial park" of Peking University Medical City,and the concept of "hospital + industrial park" mode of Peking University Medical City is defined,the basic attributes and basic spatial characteristics of "hospital + industrial park" mode of Peking University Medical City are specifically discussed,and the way of the remote replication of the "hospital + industrial park" mode is preliminarily discussed.The whole paper contains more than 80,000 words,70 pictures and 10 tables,among which the pictures and tables are all taken and drawn by the author,except for the source marked at the bottom of the pictures and tables.
