| Building energy efficiency is becoming an important field of energy conservation in China.Technical energy conservation and management energy conservation have certain limitations in the actual energy conservation process,but the behavioral energy conservation means are mild,the cost investment is low,and the effect is also ideal.it is of great significance to clarify the influencing factors of employees’ conservation behavior in commercial office buildings and guide employees to take the initiative to save energy.Based on the idea of "problem-analyze-solve",the thesis first sorts out the current energy conservation policies,energy consumption components and energy consumption characteristics of commercial office buildings in China,and finds that employees in commercial office buildings have huge energy conservation potential.Secondly,based on the literature review of energy conservation behaviors and the environmental behavior theory,select the influencing factors,construct a theoretical model and research hypotheses for energy conservation behaviors of employees in commercial office buildings.Empirical research ideas are used,two rounds of questionnaire surveys are used to collect data,combined with multivariate statistical analysis and structural equation model method to test the influencing factors,theoretical model and corresponding hypothesis,and finally obtain the action path and influence mechanism among various factors.The results show that the energy conservation behavior of employees in commercial office buildings is affected by several factors.Psychological factors such as employees’ environmental values,energy-saving knowledge,perception of behavior control and habit preferences indirectly affect energy conservation behavior through the intermediary variables of behavior intention of energy conservation.The effect of psychological ownership and subjective norms on promoting energy conservation behavior is not significant.Situational factors include policy factors,organizational energy-saving climate factors,and publicity and education factors,all of which have a significant regulatory effect on the behavior intention of energy conservation to act on energy conservation behaviors.The age of work,education level,and occupation type in social demography will significantly promote energy conservation behavior.The remaining factors have no significant effect on employees’ energy conservation behavior.Finally,this article designs a strategic system that guides employees’ energy conservation behavior from three levels: government,enterprise,and property.The government should improve energy conservation policies and energy statistics systems,encourage various types of enterprises to establish and improve energy conservation incentive systems,and strengthenthe energy conservation publicity and education of the whole society;enterprises should introduce energy conservation accountability systems and incentive systems,cultivate the behavior intention of energy conservation,and give play to middle and senior leadership Take the lead in energy conservation and promote intelligent office equipment;properties should promote energy management service mechanisms to create an overall energy conservation atmosphere in buildings. |
