The Analysis Of Zhejiang Residential Building Energy Efficiency Design Factors

Building energy conservation is an important part of reducing energy consumption and achieving the sustainable development of our society. According to certain statistics, currently, building energy consumption has accounted for35%of total social consumption in China. What’s more, with the accelerated pace of urbanization in China, this proportion will continue to improve, threating to China’s energy supply and environmental requirement seriously. So it’s urgent to accelerate the pace of construction energy-saving. While building energy efficiency design is in the leading position of building energy-saving work, and more than60%of the construction area of China is residential buildings, therefore, the study on energy-saving design for residential buildings is not only an important theoretical issue, but also a pressing practical problem.Based on the analysis of Chinese energy and environmental problems and the goals of building energy saving, being fully aware of the importance、necessity and urgency of the construction of energy-saving construction work, thus the paper can clear the research direction and purpose. Through summing up the building energy conservation theories、regulations and measures at home and abroad, and basing on the evaluation of building energy saving work in China and learn from other countries’ experience, this paper focuses on the analysis of the difficulties and problems of China and Zhejiang Province’s design work in energy conservation building area. Then, by making clustering analysis and frequency analysis on more than50samples of new residential in Hangzhou in this two years, the paper screen out the indicators influencing building energy saving most, and focus on reason analysis of these indicators, arriving at a conclusion that the key point of building energy saving design is the two-sides cooperation between government and market. Finally, combining with the actual conditions of building energy efficiency design in Zhejiang province, this paper mainly put forward to three aspects measures, including government developing relevant standards, supervision management, sitimulating the real astate companies and market environment, improving the cognitive in consumers and the total social cognition, to promote the development of residential energy-saving work, giving out some reasonable suggestions which is suitable for Zhejiang local pertinently, pointing out that the leading role of the government in building energy saving tasks, putting forward the development idea of building energy saving design on the government level, in order to make the construction of energy-saving be effective.Through the empirical analysis-comparison and demonstration, this paper digs deep into the reasons of building energy efficiency evaluation indexes which are not up to the standard, helping us to make thorough understanding on the present situation of building energy efficiency design of residential areas on the hot summer and warm winter area, to make comprehensive understanding of the energy saving design influence on the buildings, so as to provide feasible suggestions on promoting energy-saving design of residential buildings in Zhejiang and improving building energy-saving situation in this area, and make the building energy efficiency to achieve the desired effect, to reduce building energy consumption to truly implement and finally achieving sustainable economic and social development of Zhejiang Province as soon as possible.
