As one of the main ways of water transport,the container transport promotes a rapid development of water transportation with its high efficiency,high quality,high density and high standardization,and it promotes the trend of global goods traffic containerization.Driven by the trend,the inland container transportation has also developed rapidly.The container vessel of the inland has been loaded from the initial hundreds of tons to thousands of tons.The route of the inland has also evolved from transport by point-to-point to transport by single-point to multipoint.As an important part among the container transport processes,containership stowage planning is a combinatorial optimization problem with complex constrains.Making stowage planning is to build the correspondence between the container and the physical space of the vessel based on the information,such as route and the actual loading data,to improve the efficiency and ensure the safety of the vessel.So,making a reasonable stowage planning plays an important role in ensuring vessel safety,goods safety and the operational efficiency.In the actual operation of inland port,the vessel has a small hull,a small number of containers in a single transportation,and a high loading rate.Problems such as a large number of relocation operations and unbalanced handling operation would be caused,when the harbor making the loading plan based on the pre-stowage plan,thus increase the working time of shore container crane,and reduce the utilization of berths.When the harbor has made a significant readjustment to the pre-stowage plan to improve the efficiency of terminal handling operation,it would damage the interests of the ship.So,how to make stowage planning that takes into account the interests of both parties in the transport of inland boat-type containers is very important.This paper studied the containership stowage planning on full route of inland transportation,considers the interests of ship and harbor,which involved in the stowage of inland containership,builds models based on mixed-integer programming and combinatorial optimization techniques,optimizes the stowage planning on full route at the end.The main researches of this paper are as follows:(1)Model Construction of the stowage planning on full route from a single perspec-tive.Analyzing the inland transportation processes and characteristics,two mathematics programming models were constructed,which take the different stowage requirements of the ship and the port into account.Considering the reasonable allocation of the container loading position from different angles,to improve the container operating efficiency of both the port and the ship while ensuring the safety of the vessel.Solving such model by branch and bound algorithm of GUROBI optimal solver,and proved the validity of the model.(2)Research on combinatorial optimization of the stowage planning on full route.In response to these models,the combination optimization model of the inland waterway containership stowage planning on full route was constructed by considering the benefits of both sides of the container operation.And heuristics algorithm was designed to solve this stowage optimization model.Finally,the simulation experiments were carried out to verify the validity of the combination optimization model and heuristics algorithm.(3)Research on stowage planning on full route based on granularity division.Analyzing the stowage model,a granularity partition strategy was proposed to divide the bay of vessel into multiple storage units.The corresponding optimization model were constructed based on the granularity division,and the optimization process was designed.Finally,used precise algorithm analyse the difference of solving time,target and complexity under various granularities,verified the validity of the strategy,and expounded the necessity of the optimization process.(4)Experimental verification.Based on the inland container vessels type and the route design cases,the following two parts of the numerical simulation experiment were completed:(1)Analysis of sensitivity: Start with the multi-objective optimization index,compared the precise algorithm with the heuristic algorithm,which combined with the optimization process,and verified the effectiveness of heuristic algorithm.Besides,it's also describes the sensitivity of the optimization model and heuristic algorithm to vessels type,occupancy rate and route.(2)Factorial experiment design: In this part,analyzed the sensitivity of the heuristic algorithm conbined with granularity partition to the interaction between factors based on the factorial experimental design,and verified the impact factor of the simulation output.
