In the past few decades,after the prosperity and extensive development of buildings,the housing stock base is increasing day by day.After the baptism of time,due to the previous extensive development,housing problems are increasingly exposed.With the development of urbanization,the increase of the floor and the change of the use of houses have also derived a large number of needs of house appraisal and house reinforcement.At the same time.With the improvement of people’s material living standard,people pay more attention to the safety and comfort of houses.The effects of earthquake resistance,heat preservation and heat insulation of houses need to be strengthened,and the post construction market in China arises from this.First of all,this paper analyzes the external environment of HKD construction company in the post construction market by using PEST model analysis method and five force model analysis method respectively,from the policy factors,economic factors,social and cultural factors,technical factors of the external environment,and from the external potential competitors,suppliers’ negotiation ability,buyers’ negotiation ability,the threat of industrial substitutes and Dynamic analysis of competitors’ competitiveness.Secondly,the internal environment of HKD construction company is analyzed by internal resource analysis and internal capacity analysis.And through SWOT analysis,it points out the competitive strategy that HKD construction company should adopt at this stage.At the same time,the enterprise vision of HKD construction company is put forward to build a famous brand of building doctors,clear the company’s mission,protect buildings and live in thousands of homes,and set up the company’s strategic goal,build a new post market innovative enterprise in the post construction market.In view of the market demand,use the company’s own advantages,develop the "Internet +" building doctor platform,integrate all the resources of the local construction market.To develop HKD Construction Co.,Ltd.into a leading enterprise in Dongguan City,which provides solutions to the problems in building houses,and a well-known enterprise in Dawan District of the Pearl River Delta.The writing of this paper can guide the future development strategic planning of HKD construction company,point out the development direction for the company management team,sort out the management ideas,establish the vision of the enterprise,establish the mission of the enterprise,point out the positioning and development strategic objectives of the enterprise,so as to win the market initiative.At the same time,it provides a theoretical reference for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the post construction market under the new era and new opportunities.
