In recent years,with the power load of China's electric power enterprises increasing,China's pumped storage power stations had developed rapidly in order to alleviate the power supply system between the peak and the gap,meanwhile which asks more strict requests and provides a good condition for the development of the computer monitoring system.Therefore,the computer monitoring system much more to getting people's attentions.Due to the large investment,long cycle,complex process,construction environment and participats of the project,It has great practical significance to strengthen the monitoring system of pumped storage power station project management.Based on the theory of research on project management of monitoring and control system for pumped storage power station,the whole life cycle of the pumped storage power station monitoring system project is divided into three stages:planning and design,preparation and implementation and check and operation.to clear the content and objectives of each phase of the management and study systematically.Secondly,establish an evaluation model of the implementation of results of the monitoring and control system of the pumped storage power station based on fully understanding the structure and design principle of the monitoring system.Combined with the characteristics of the monitoring system of the pumped storage power station and the principle of constructing the index system,choosing the project duration,project safety,project quality and project cost as first-level indicators to construct a clear and hierarchical index system and a comprehensive evaluation model of the implementation of results of monitoring system of pumped storage power station project management based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,according to a real case of Pushihe pumped storage power station to verify the feasibility of assessment model,combined with the actual situation of the project and fuzzy integrated assessment conclusions,reach the corresponding reference opinion,provides important decision-making reference for the construction manager of the city's monitoring system.Using the analytic hierarchy process which combined the qualitative and quantitative methods to quantify the qualitative problem effectively to determine the weight of the index can improve the comparability and objectivity of the evaluation object.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation which can depict better the various states of fuzzy concept,can be more vividly reflects the assessment the attitude of staff,applies the principle of fuzzy relational synthesis and fuzzy mathematics as the basis,so as to improve the accuracy of monitoring system of pumped storage power station project management assessment results.Therefore,this paper solved the problems of project management assessment of monitoring system of pumped storage power station in fuzzy environment by constructing a scientific risk assessment system,and then established the project management evaluation model of monitoring system in order to evaluate the implementation of results and management level effectively during construction and provide scientific decision basis for managers.
