Study On Programmed Operation Of Transmission Lines In The Guangzhou Power Dispatching System

With the increasing load and scale of Guangzhou power grid,and more and more maintenance tasks conducted and modes of power grid adjusted,the power dispatching business in Guangzhou is more and more complicated.How to improve the efficiency of dispatching business by technical means is worth studying.We are proposing a function that the operation control system can generate the power outage or power recovery operation ticket of the entire equipment(e.g.a certain power line,a certain transformer)with a single click on the mouse,according to the real-time status,and conduct sequence control.At the same time,a complete anti-misoperation mechanism is important.At present,the operation control system of Guangzhou dispatching center has realized remote control of individual equipment,and with the continuous development of the integration of power dispatching and control,centralized monitoring of substation equipment operation has been brought into the unified management of dispatching center in Guangzhou.The existing technology and management means can satisfy us to realize the above functions.This paper mainly studies how to integrate the functions of the dispatching operation control system,generate dispatching operation tickets that meet the five-prevention logic according to the normal sequence of the equipment power outage and recovery operation,and operate the equipment one by one according to the sequence to realize remote programmed control at the dispatching end.At the same time,a complete technical and management system is designed,including alarm pause function,equipment controllability statistics,institutional system,etc.By setting up this function,the efficiency of Guangzhou power grid dispatching service will be improved,the intelligence level of Guangzhou power grid will be enhanced,the function of equipment will be full occupied,and the safety level of power grid service will be strengthened.
