Substation is an important node of power transmission and also an important part of the grid.It undertakes the task of power transmission and transformation in an area.It directly affects the safe use of electricity by a large number of residents and enterprises.Therefore,the safe and stable operation of substation is very important.However,the traditional substation relies on manual maintenance of substation operation,including power dispatching,switching operation,operation and maintenance,etc..This occupies a large number of human resources,so that the operation cost of substation is higher,and prone to misoperation risk.The programmed operation substation adopts various intelligent electrical equipment to realize the programmed control of substation.It realizes automatic operation of substation,reduces the need for human resources and also improves the reliability of substation operation.According to the actual needs of the project work,it put forward the reform program designed to upgrade operation of traditional substation,in order to reduce the number of maintenance personnel,and improve the operation efficiency of substation,reduce the failure rate of operation.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the selected topic.It discusses the development status of programmed substation at home and abroad.Secondly,it analyzes the related technology and standard of substation programmed control.It discusses the difference between the conventional substation and the programmed control substation.It compares the structure of programmed control substation with traditional substation.It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the programmed control substation and the traditional substation,and studies the basic conditions for realizing the programmed control of substation.It discusses unified communication standards,comprehensive substation monitoring and program control,substation requirements for primary equipment and two equipment.It focuses on the type selection and use of electronic transformer.Electronic transformer is the key equipment of program transformer substation,and its operation stability directly affects the safe operation of substation.The structure and working principle of the electronic transformer are analyzed,and the principle and defects of the traditional electromagnetic transformer are discussed.It selected Henan XJ electronic transformer,to test its performance.It has constructed the test environment of the electronic transformer,and has confirmed its performance to meet the use request through the test.It focuses on the selection and deployment of the control system of the programmed control substation.Through comparative analysis,it determines the use of NS3000 S programmed substation control system.It analyzes the structure,function and performance of the system.It discusses the program operation upgrade scheme of Huaihe substation based on the system,and studies the realization of each function layer.It analyzes the design of substation clock synchronization network based on IEEE1588 programming operation,and studies the networking principle of programmed operation IEEE1588 substation clock synchronization system.On this basis,it puts forward the design of PTP clock synchronization redundancy structure for programmed operation substation.Finally,according to the procedures of substation construction process,for the old and new equipment system interface does not correspond to the problem,design a communication adapter module based on S3C2416 processor,can realize the conversion between CAN interface,RS485 interface and Ethernet interface,can satisfy the design of Ethernet optical fiber transmission.The demand analysis,the overall design and the circuit design of the transfer module are analyzed in detail.
