Rapid growth in recent years,urban core district land value,the economic advantages of high-rise buildings,together with its landmark effect of high-rise buildings have been built around a lot,its importance is also higher than that of general structure.Due to large investment funds,its seismic performance involves the repair money after the quake,so the seismic performance design for high-rise building should be more.Frame-core tube as the main structure form of high-rise structure,core tube shear wall in the earthquake and peripheral frame Shared earthquake shear force,in the work frame part and shell part stiffness difference is bigger,each component of the seismic performance goal requirements also have differences,to a frame-core tube as the research object has strong representative.Based on the performance of the seismic design methods have been proposed for many years,China's 2010 version of the specification also introduced the requirements of the seismic performance design,seismic performance design in meet the "three stages,the two level",on the basis of more explicit calculation requirements are put forward.But using performance in practical engineering design method of the workload is too big,need to use elastic-plastic calculation of artifacts,strong earthquakes,and so on and so forth in checking and then modify the original design,it is not easy to accurate component design result is given.So based on the performance of seismic design in actual projects there is a big obstacle,using a simple and feasible seismic performance design method is worthy of study at the moment.Tradition is conservative and uneconomical.In recent years,this method is notpractical for the complex and superstructure.Performance-based seismic design can ensure the reliability of the structure,and performance-based seismic design is more in line with the requirements of practical engineering.In this paper,two tall frame-core tube structural engineering as the research object,combined with the current specification and owner requirements determine the structural seismic performance goals.According to the performance goal on the elastic design and structure of small earthquakes,strong earthquakes in the equivalent elastic design,components shall be carried out in accordance with the performance goal envelope reinforcement design,meet the performance targets are given the design of the reinforcement value.To use to determine the design of the reinforcement value input elastic-plastic model for elastic-plastic analysis,under the action of the flame structure elastic-plastic behavior in the performance evaluation,and performance evaluation of local special component on the local.Results show that using a predetermined seismic performance target structure for small earthquakes and strong earthquakes in elasticity and equivalent elastic computing take its envelope,able to quickly and easily get the accurate reinforcement design of components,again through the elastic-plastic analysis to evaluate the seismic performance of structure,can get reliable structure seismic design based on performance.
