With the advancement of science and the development of urbanization,the height of architecture is constantly breaking records,and the architectural style is becoming more and more creative.The frame-core tube structure has become the preferred structural form for most high-rise buildings due to its superiority.At the same time,seismic performance analysis has always been the primary goal in structural design,and it is also one of the difficulties.Modern buildings must consider not only their own safety during normal use,but also considering the economic losses caused by seismic loads and the impact they cause.Therefore,for the main components in the structure,seismic performance analysis should be carried out.This paper combines the high-rise frame-core tube structure engineering example,according to the performance-based seismic design concept,and demonstrates the safety of the structure.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(l)The paper introduces the background,theoretical framework system of performance-based seismic design concept and the application and development of China and other countries,and demonstrates the necessity of this method in the future development of seismic design.(2)The PKPM series software was used to model the elastic analysis of the structure under small earthquakes.The overall control indicators of the models mainly include period ratio,displacement ratio,stiffness ratio,shear-weight ratio,interlayer displacement angle and axial pressure ratio.According to the overturning moment and percentage(frame column,short limb wall,ordinary wall)under the X and Y directions,the two lines of defense are analyzed.(3)The PKPM series software was used to analyze the seismic performance of the structure under the elastic and non-yield conditions under the action of medium and large earthquakes.The purpose is to prove the safety of the structure.The PKPM series software was used to analyze the structure under the condition of vertical seismic action and without steel beam at the N-axis of the structure.(4)According to the analysis,the key points include the calculation of the overall performance control indicators obtained by the earthquake,which meets the requirements of the codes.The calculation results can be used for the reinforcement design of the structural construction drawing.According to the performance-based seismic design concept,the structure is considered to be the safety of structural components in the performance of the small earthquakes?the non-yielding conditions under medium earthquake,elastic conditions under medium earthquake,the non-yielding conditions under the large earthquake,elastic conditions under large earthquake,and the vertical earthquake.Further propose rational proposals and strengthen measures.In summary,it can be concluded that different performance targets can be selected according to the fuctional requirements of the building5ana the conceptual design should be emphasized.I hope this article can provide reference value for the designers of seismic design of high-rise building structures,and learn from it.Figure[33]table[42]reference[63].
