Technology Of Cement Concrete Bridge Deck Pavement With Suspension Automatic Roller Leveling Machine

Convenient transportation is a prerequisite forthe currenteconomic development,road constructionis an important link for the development from place to place?According to the latest statistics ofDOT,the amount of road construction investment have been reached 160 billion yuan just in January and February of 2017,and it is136% of the same period last year?With the continuous development of road construction in our country,more highway construction and faster vehicle speed have higher requirement for the smooth,comfortable and safe driving,so the attention to the bridge deck evenness is higher and higher.As the link of asphalt concrete pavement and pre-formed deck,the main role ofexpresswaycement concrete bridge deck pavement,is to dispersed and transfer forces coming from asphalt concrete,and thesame time to ensure the quality of the higher layer asphalt concrete pavement.so,the quality of thickness and evenness for concretebridge deck pavement is very important.There are two kinds of traditional construction machines used for cement c o n c r e t e b r i d g e d e c k p a v e m e n t,s l u r r y l e v e l i n g m a c h i n e a n d t r i a x i a l levelingmachine.But they both have some defects.slurry leveling machine'defect is small stiffness,so that in the process ofconstructing concrete bridge deck pavement,leveling machinemidspan is easy to upwarp,resulting pavement elevation,evenness and linetype can't meet the construction requirement.triaxial leveling machine'defect is large roller span,so that midspan is easy todownwarp,and the midline part of bridge deck pavement may occurs dimple phenomenaaflter construction completed,also resulting that can't meet the construction requirement.Through the preliminary andfield investigation,referring to the construction experience of bridge deck pavement at home and abroad,we find a kind of new equipment which is named suspension automatic roller leveling machine.The way using this machine to pave cement concrete bridge deck is an advanced technology.It can effectively accelerate the construction progress of concrete bridge deck pavement and ensure the quality of concrete bridge deck pavement.In this paper,through comparing it with traditional triaxial leveling machinein the actual construction quality,construction cost and construction progress of bridge deck pavement,we need to explore whether it has more advantage in using suspension automatic roller leveling machine to pave cement concrete bridge deck.
