Research On Quality Control Of S Company Tugboat Shipyard Repair Project Based On PDCA

Tugboat is the key equipment in the port to assist the operation of large cargo ships.According to legal requirements,tugboats need to be repaired regularly at the shipyard.At present,the research in the field of ship repair mainly focuses on the development of the industry,cost control,equipment failure analysis,etc.,while the research on the quality control in the construction process of ship repair project from the perspective of the ship owner is less.In order to ensure the quality of tugboat plant repair project,we must fully consider the influence of "personnel,machinery,materials,methods,environment,management" and other factors.Because the contractor is not familiar with the equipment and process,lack of management and other reasons,equipment maintenance failures and accidents often occur.The effective supervision and quality control of the ship's construction process can reduce the occurrence of equipment maintenance failures and accidents.In this paper,through the research on the tugboat shipyard repair project,the quality control process and quality control measures based on PDCA are proposed.Firstly,combined with the basic principles and relevant theories of project quality management,this paper introduces the content,characteristics and life cycle of tugboat shipyard repair project,and expounds the working methods and process of quality control of tugboat shipyard repair project.Secondly,through the analysis of the quality control status of S company's tugboat shipyard repair project,find out the key links of quality control in each stage of project life cycle management.And from the results of quality problems,the main factors influencing the quality of tugboat plant repair project are analyzed by using causal graph analysis.In order to achieve the quality objectives of the project,the quality influencing factors that need to be controlled and the problems that need to be solved are put forward.Finally,on the basis of maintenance classification,the quality inspection table is developed to make the specific methods and requirements of quality control more clear and clear,so as to facilitate quality supervision and control according to the inspectiontable.According to the concept of total quality management,the process optimization scheme and quality assurance measures based on PDCA are proposed to ensure the realization of project quality objectives.
