Research On Quality Management And Control Of Energy Saving Reconstruction Project In A University

This study is based on the related theories and methods of project quality management, as well as the domestic and foreign related research results, analysis of problems and causes in practice of project quality management in Colleges and universities in the process of current China, with reference to the relevant theory, in-depth analysis of specific cases, and the major factors that influence on the quality of the project, the analysis of the problems and puts forward the solving measures, and ultimately the formation of quality management system, the research conclusions and results will eventually be applied to the energy-saving renovation project of a university to improve the energy-saving renovation project quality management level, the research results of this paper have been fully proved in practice.This paper is divided into five parts on the project quality management are discussed in this paper: the first part introduces the research background of the project and research ideas; the second part expounds the definition and development of quality management, introduces the related theories at home and abroad; the third part of the specific project of energy-saving renovation project of a university are introduced, simple to understand the background, present situation and implementation of project quality management; the fourth part of the quality management of the influence factors are analyzed, and the specific interpretation of the quality management problems existing in the project; the fifth section for this project in one one and put forward concrete measures, and formulate related quality management plan. Through the specific case analysis and problem solving, so as to form a complete quality management plan, improve the overall quality of the project management level.
