The Development And Application Of Enterprise Information Management System For Inner Mongolia Power Enterprise Based On SAP ERP

With the development of information technology,the information management mode has become an important management tool for modern enterprises.ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)software integrates enterprise management concepts,financial business processes,human resource allocation,basic data aggregation and comprehensive analysis,material equipment and other resource management to provide useful information and support corporate strategy,operations,management analysis and decision-making.Thus,ERP plays a very important role in business management.However,the construction and implementation of the ERP system usually requires continuous modification and improvement of the internal organization management process in order to establish an integrated management software system that meets the characteristics of the enterprise and the special functional requirements for some specific enterprises.At present,Chinese power companies are in a critical period of reform,innovation and development.The internal informationization process of enterprises is rapidly advancing.Therefore,an ERP system suitable for the systematic management of power companies in China needs to be established.The role of financial management,personnel management,project management,etc.,will help the rapid development of power companies,which is an important task.Based on the current situation of the enterprise management information system for a power company in Inner Mongolia,this thesis optimizes the five functional modules of the ERP system of the power enterprise through the function development and application research of the ERP system framework.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.Focusing on the current practical issues such as data incompleteness,information loss,islands of the management system module function and information confusion of the business management system of a power company in Inner Mongolia,the main requirements for the ERP functions are analyzed in-depth explored and expanded.Then,we carried out these function development and comprehensive application technology based on the ERP information system management framework.2.According to the current network management mode and demand situation of a power enterprise of Inner Mongolia,we have developed a specific implementation design plan,carried out the overall structural design of the system in seven major parts.We have also analyzed and designed the network architecture and server system.Then,we adopt the modular language UML to establish an overall network connection between the business modules of the ERP system,and completes the overall design of the system technology architecture and the business system work-flow.Finally,we realize the integration of the ERP system with information system in the present enterprise.Meanwhile,in order to meet the operational needs of different users,we chose both WEB and SAP GUI system platform in the investigated ERP framework.3.We have completed the system design and planning implementation of five main basic function management modules under the ERP framework for an electric power enterprise,including financial management,human resource management,material management,project management and equipment management.Furthermore,the corresponding interface connection has been established.Finally,we have realized the comprehensive and integrated management of the whole basic resourcessuch as enterprise funds,personnel,materials,projects and production equipment.
