With the implementation of the new rural reconstruction project and the highway and railway project,the amount of concrete has gradually expanded,which has greatly promoted the rapid development of concrete mixing plants.In recent years,the trend of grouping of concrete mixing plants has gradually increased,which has made ERP systems increasingly difficult to manage these large enterpris es,and even some places have become system management blind spots.The escalation of external ERP corporate competitors also forces enterprises to upgrade and develop new products to cope with competition.Therefore,how to complete the ERP management mod el based on group information technology and to quickly meet the customer's service needs is particularly important.Combined with the actual situation of commercial concrete enterprises,and through the analysis of the actual customer needs,this topic provides a complete set of intelligent,standardized and complete solutions.This paper adopts B/S three-tier architecture,develops in Java language,and uses Spring,Struts2 and MyBatis as the core framework to complete the design and development of intelligent ERP system.Through the development of intelligent business ERP system,all departments and business modules of concrete enterprises are unified to an information platform for management,real-time sharing of data,real-time processing of business processes,real-time analysis of decision management,real-time deployment of various resources,etc.The problem makes management more refined.Through the related technology of the system solution,the communication of the peripheral interface is realized,and the industrial control,the GPS,the weighbridge,the tanker,the card-swapping device and the ERP system are integrated.The intelligent business ERP management system platform is divided into twelve modules.This paper focuses on the three core modules that I participate in: the material management module,the vehicle management module,and the GPS monitoring management module.The system uses the three-tier architecture model of the Web application to separate the business logic,data access and dis play views of the various subsystems of the intelligent ERP management platform,and then assembles the business components,data access components and view components using the MVC design pattern.Form functional modules or subsystems that can be operated.On the basis of development,the system is tested for functional and performance,and the response time and concurrent processing capabilities are evaluated to achieve system improvement and improvement.The intelligent commercial ERP management system developed in this paper has a good application effect in the enterprise,can meet the basic needs of the enterprise and expand the business,improve the management efficiency of the enterprise and change the traditional management mode.The system test results show that the system is powerful,easy to operate,smooth in interaction,and has high concurrency and stability.It brings significant economic efficiency to the company and takes a solid step for the company's further development.The process of development has a certain impetus.
