This paper mainly studies the Dushanzi 2×350MW cogeneration project,and the basic theory of risk management at home and abroad on the analysis,set up a accord with national characteristics,consistent with the life cycle risk management system of cogeneration project uses with the international practice,the level of risk management so as to improve the implementation of cogeneration projects,investment to maximize the revenue management objectives.All in all,this paper covers the following:First,we use the three basic methods,WBS,questionnaire and scenario analysis,to identify and analyze the 24 major risk factors included in the project of Dushanzi,Xinjiang,after confirming the standard of reliability and validity test.Secondly,to explore the outstanding aspects of the operation of the seven elements of the implementation of fuzzy mathematical means under the conditions of the establishment of its model;in rough thinking system And on the basis of the way to clear the impact of each risk factor on the weight of the index concluded that this project is a high-risk project.Thirdly,the seven important risk factors embodied in the operation are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward to minimize the losses caused by the risk factors and complete the project objectives.Finally,in summary,the above content to grasp the overall,in-depth analysis of the provide a new idea and new direction.
