Training Needs Analysis(TNA)is the first step of the whole process of training activities,therefore is the source to guarantee the of enterprise training effectiveness,it can also work as important reference standard for reviewing and evaluating training work performance.Taking company A as the target company,this study is carried out on the basis of existing research results on TNA at home and abroad.Theoretically,it pointed out the problems with the current TNA methods and process of company A,then practically,by taking a Training Needs Survey with the employees,it revealed the gap and discrepancy between the current training and employees' actual training needs,thus further explores the problems with the TNA process.Based on the above,this study has designed a TNA model which suits the current situation of company A,and contains various research methods and tools which could enhance the feasibility and effectiveness of corporate training in company A.The model mainly contains the following: Needs origination,organizational support,needs analysis(organization analysis,task level analysis,individual level analysis),and needs finalization.Additionally,to ensure the effectiveness and scientificity of the model,four principles need to be observed strictly,respectively: organizational full attention,diversity of methods,validation of the research result,flexibility and advancement of the process.Following these five steps,company A could accurately identify training needs which could benefit the formation and implementation of a comprehensive and effective training plan,so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the corporate training,and finally promote competitiveness of company A.
