With the rapid development of China's construction industry,building energy consumption has become one of China's main energy consumption.With the continuous increase of the building volume and the continuous improvement of the comfort in the building,the energy consumption of the building has soared.Among these,there are many commercial buildings that have been operating for about ten years.The planning and design of these buildings have not met the energy conservation and environmental protection of China at this stage.Requirements,and operation and maintenance costs are constantly increasing.This paper studies the energy-saving retrofit of an air-conditioning system in an existing commercial project in Tianjin.Due to changes in the function,structure,and consumer positioning of the building,the cooling(heating)and ventilation effects of the original air-conditioning system can no longer meet the needs of commercial buildings.Therefore,a new system needs to be designed to meet the needs of the building.And the corresponding transformation of the air-conditioning system.DeST simulation calculation is mainly used,and the energy-saving transformation of air-conditioning systems in the energy-saving renovation of existing commercial projects is studied.The energy consumption and operating costs of the new system in terms of cold and heat sources,wind systems,water systems,end equipment and control methods,etc.The analysis is carried out to obtain a complete set of energy-saving transformation schemes suitable for the transformation project,and the system commissioning data is collected for analysis and suggestions or suggestions for the new system.The purpose of this article is to determine the energy-saving transformation plan based on the new needs of existing buildings,and to conduct feasibility studies and analyze the value and results of the transformation.The energy-saving transformation method is optimized and analyzed in actual operation,and it is similar to the existing commercial building air-conditioning system.Provide experience.
