The traditional denture processing,first the dental mold,and then the denture according to the dental mold,low efficiency,backward technology.With the development of technology,a large amount of funds invested in denture processing has introduced foreign oral panoramic scanning,3D printing and rapid prototyping technology,which improves the accuracy and efficiency of dental mold formation.However,another problem has arisen.The teeth produced by the 3D printing technology are not sufficiently high in hardness,and if the cost of increasing the hardness of the molding material is further increased,this results in the compressive strength of the existing 3D printing blanks.The bending strength is high,but the hardness does not meet the user's requirements for its service life.At present,zirconia combined with oral scanning,the denture tooth obtained by three-dimensional molding is extremely hard,but because the tooth surface of the denture is mostly a space-shaped curved surface,it is difficult for its precise cutting a nd forming.For this reason,high hardness denture teeth have been developed.A non-standard device for the machining of billet shaped surfaces.The design of high-hardness tooth-shaped curved surface processing device with high efficiency,high precision and low cost is firstly studied.Firstly,the dental processing device is investigated and its functional requirements are analyzed.Then,based on this,the spatial structure of the processing device is laid out.Selection and design,design and assembly of various moving parts,and finally completed the design of a processing device for precision machining of tooth shaped surfaces.The main work of this paper is:(1)Mechanical system design of tooth shaped curved surface processing device.The functional requirements of the tooth profiled surface processing device were analyzed.According to the investigation,three spatial configuration schemes of the tooth profiled surface machining device which can meet the functional requirements were obtained.The three tooth profiled surfaces were compared and analyzed from the aspects of structure,control and cost.The overall spatial structure configuration of the processing device determines the final solution for the configuration of the tooth profiled surface processing device.(2)According to the hardness of the processed material,the torque torque of the three-way feed system that meets the processing requirements is obtained,and the size of the main components of the design is calculated.Based on the manufacturing and assembly process requirements,in the parametric design stage of the tooth profiled surface machining device,the UG 3D modeling software is used to complete the structural design of the machine's three-way feed system,the whole machine structure design and complete assembly.(3)Using UG 3D modeling software to carry out structural design and simulation modeling of the main functional components and devices as a whole,static analysis and verification of important components that have great influence on the device were carried out by ANSYS finite element analysis software.The modal analysis was carried out on the whole device,and the weak position of the device was found according to the deformation of the device corresponding to different resonant frequencies,and the next improvement suggestions were put forward.
