Research On Lean Management Optimization Design Of ZH Company

At present,with the acceleration of the process of global economic integration,China equipment manufacturing industry is facing new opportunities and challenges.A variety of measures in the equipment manufacturing industry will be taken to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and promote the upgrading and optimization of industrial structure.China equipment manufacturing industry still has improvement in terms of product diversity,product quality,production cost and reaction speed.The application of lean management in equipment manufacturing industry can substantially improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Using the theory and method of lean management to analyze the production management process,find out the existing problems,build a lean management mode suitable for China's equipment manufacturing enterprises,explore the effect of lean management mode,which can be used for reference for similar enterprises.Through a lot of literature reading and research,this paper has a deep understanding of lean management theory.This paper has a deep understanding of the lean management theory through a large number of literature reading and research and carries out lean production management for wind turbine blade manufacturing industry combined with the actual.First of all,this paper takes ZH company as the research object,describes the organizational structure and production process of ZH company.This paper discusses the necessity of implementing lean management in ZH company from two aspects of company development demand and external competition.Then,from the perspective of organizational structure and quality management,this paper carries out the optimization design of lean management of ZH company and formulated the optimization scheme,in order to promote the effectiveness of ZH lean management guarantee in the office environment,talent training,evaluation index system three aspects.Finally,it is proved that the implementation of lean management optimization design scheme can improve the product quality,organizational structure,production efficiency and cost of ZH company which analyzes the implementation results of lean management optimization design scheme of ZH company.
