Research On The Whole Process Management Of General Contracting Project

With the rapid development of China's economy,the management mode of engineering projects is gradually combined with the international engineering management mode.As one of the advanced and mature project management modes in the field of engineering construction in the world,EPC(Engineering Procurement Construction)is playing a huge role in the construction of our country.Based on the research of general contracting project management at home and abroad,this paper expounds several main project management models and the concept of general contracting management model,and then discusses the characteristics of general contracting management model and the contents of the whole process management.Through the questionnaire survey,the paper analyzes the status quo of the whole process management of the general contracting project,and analyzes the problems in the whole process management of the general contracting project,including the coordination of the relationship between the general contracting unit and the owner,quality,design quality management,schedule management,subcontracting management and cost management.At the same time,further study of the problems arising from the general contracting project management as well as the reasons,and points out the problems in project general contracting project management countermeasures,namely,respectively,from the perspective of the general contracting project at various stages in the whole process of management put forward countermeasures to resolve the problem,including the government to regulate the body of the general contracting market responsibility,the owner wants to coordinate general contracting,and the parties to perform the contract,the total quality management and realize the goal of the project schedule,the implementation of the contract management system of contract management,strengthening the subcontract management system and the subcontract management,control the project cost,etc.Finally,combined with the engineering general contracting project with advanced BIM technology management means,this paper studies the problems existing in the project construction management and points out the corresponding solutions.
