Research On Project Cost Management Of YT Prefabricated-component Factory

Prefabricated construction is a new construction mode,is in advance in the factory production of wall panels,laminated panels,stairs and other prefabricated components,and then transport to the construction site,through a reliable connection to assemble and into an industrial building form.YT Prefabricated-component Factory plays an important role in the whole link of Shenyang prefabricated-component industry.However,under the favorable macro policies and industrial prospects,the enterprise is still relatively slow development,facing a situation of "good future prospects and low profit at present".In order to break through the bottleneck of development,create economic benefits,enhance market competitiveness,and make enterprises develop rapidly and healthily,it is imperative to optimize the research and management of project cost.This paper first describes the research background,purpose and significance of the paper,starting from the research on the literature works of various experts and scholars at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the characteristics and development trend of the prefabricated building,a new construction method.Secondly,based on the characteristics of project cost management,the definition of prefabricated building and the comparison with traditional cast-in-place building forms,the theoretical basis for the research on project cost management of YT Prefabricated-component Factory was found.Thirdly,through the research on the current cost composition of the factory,it is found that the main problems causing high cost in the process of project cost management are manifested in the management loopholes in the three stages of design,production and transportation.In view of the above problems existing in the current cost situation,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems,respectively puts forward countermeasures,and puts forward suggestions on using BIM and other information technology means to improve cost management.Finally,this strategy is applied to predict the implementation effect of cost management strategy,thus laying a good foundation for constructive work in the future.
