The four-table integration system based on electricity information collection is designed and developed for the four departments of power company,water company,gas company and heating company to collect electricity information,water information,gas information and heating information of each user.It helps to realize resource sharing,assist corporations in q cost reduction,and facilitating smart city construction.With an analysis of the current situations and problems in meter reading system,this thesis takes Xuchang as an example,and proposes the development of a Four-Meters-in-One System based on the present electric energy data acquisition system.The main work done is listed as follows:(1)An analysis is made on the strengths and weaknesses in current communications technology of Four-Meters-in One.(2)Three major project designs commonly used in Four-Meters-in One data acquisition system are introduced.(3)An analysis is made on the typical technical schemes of Four-Meters-in-One system,which mainly possesses such functions as integrated data inquiries of water,power,gas and electricity,inquiries of information acquisition success rate,real-time data collection,the fetching of Excel form and initialization of Excel data and so on.(4)Based on a massive investigation into the current situation of users electric energy meters in Xuchang,a new integrated Four-in-One Centralized Metering System plus a detailed project design and budget plan is designed and presented.This paper offers an insight into the promotion and application of Four-Meters-in-One Project,and is of considerable importance to the acceleration of smart city constructions in China. |
