In the modern society, energy consumption occurs all the time, electric energy because more and more important. Electric energy data acquisition system came into being along with the great development of the power grid,but now the construction of regional power Electric energy data acquisition system still exists many deficiencies. Thus, the regional power grid to have Electric energy data acquisition system pay particularly attention. Have read a lot of literature which are relevant to the domestic and international aspects of electric energy data acquisition system construction, operation and problem analysis, and combined with the work experience about the construction and operation of electric energy data acquisition system, I begin to research this subject. The main contents are as follows:(1) the background and significance of the subject, current research status were introduced.(2) this article describes the physical structure and logical structure of Electric energy data acquisition system, and expresses the typical functions of the application.(3) In the implementation of the current applications, the issues were analyzed. The communication technology is deeply studied. Based on the development of optimization goals and principles, this article explores the optimization programs using in regional power grid.(4) In the implementation of the current applications, the issues were analyzed. The fee charged technology (prepaid)are deeply studied. Based on the development of optimization goals and principles, this article explores the optimization programs using in regional power grid.(5) Based on the optimization programs, the hardware and software are deployed, the optimization programs were tested, at this time, practical study in the regional power grid is also discussed.After a series of test conditions, optimized electric energy data acquisition system can not only meet the requirements of the State Grid Index for the regional power, but also solve a range of issues including the communication channel resource constraining, the master pressure and so on. It is with high practical significance.
