| Electric larceny has become a permanent pain for power supply companies ever since electricity was invented.With the continuous development of power technology,electric energy metering technology has been developed towards integration and intelligence,and the method of electric larceny has also been improved.The means of electric larceny have also become more diversified,concealed and high-tech.It made huge economic losses for the power companies.The electric energy data acquisition system is the base and premise of automatically collect electricity,prepaid billing electricity and online monitoring business.With the deepening of construction of the electric energy data acquisition system,the use of electric energy data acquisition system can carry out anti electric larceny investigation effectively.Construction of the electric energy data acquisition system has brought unprecedented opportunities for electricity inspection and anti electric larceny work.It reversed the status of staff shortage and single means.It was out of the woods of difficult to find,difficult to verify,difficult to obtain,difficult to identify for electricity stealing behavior.This dissertation designed and developed a new type of batch detection of stolen electricity system by the analysis of the related information on anti electric larceny,the combination with the development of electricity collection technology in intelligent electricity service system,the reference to the technical standards of electric energy data acquisition system and the seamless connection with the existing electricity management terminals.The main work includes the followings:1.By studying a large numbers of literature,It find out the situation of electric larceny nowadays.It described the situation of anti electric larceny technology here and abroad in detail.2.It introduced the concept of electric energy metering.It presented the detailed design for the composition of electric energy metering devices and the main functions.It analyzed the common methods and principles of electric larceny including the under voltage method,under current method,phase shift method,spread method and no watch method.It analyzed some high-tech methods and principles of electric larceny.3.It introduced the concept,the architecture,the main functions,the deployment model and the key technology of the electric energy data acquisition system including intelligent electric energy meter,acquisition terminal,master station software,security encryption and local and remote communication.4.In view of the shortcomings of the traditional electric larceny methods,it designed anew type of batch detection of stolen electricity system including the principles and logic and physical architecture.It introduced the key technology and functions. |
