Research Of Power Management Method Based On The Technology Of Smart Meters

Smart meters as the important basis of smart grid construction equipment, bearing the task of electric power information measurement, collection, storage, analysis, and other important tasks. It has an important supporting role to speed up its development for power grid automation and informatization,.Firstly, this article introduced the main measurement smart meters. This paper expounds the part of the design scheme of hardware and software system of smart meters and proposes on development environment and overall design of the software system; Then it introduce and analyz the measurement indicators, smart meters including basic electrical parameters and calculation method of the parameters of power quality, and use the consumption data of Hohhot Lanyu-garden district before and after switching to smart meter convert that the use of smart meters is scientific and reasonable. Harmonic management of smart meter are introduced, from smart meters electricity measurement method, remote meter reading management of smart meters power management are introduced. Finally, it introduces the basic principle of support vector machine(SVM) and the process of choosing the parameter optimization.And selecting the Hohhot Urban district power consumption data verify whether the method can effectively load forecasting by using the proposed method on the load forecasting model.
